Tortona Up is a prestigious 200 sqm first-floor venue located within the Antica Fabbrica 14, one of the district’s most elegant and verdant courtyard complexes.
Defined by expansive windows and skylights, the space is enveloped in lush climbing plants, creating a unique “green” industrial aesthetic. Logistically, the venue is a powerhouse with a 33 kW electrical capacity, air conditioning, and a dedicated warehouse. It includes two private parking spaces that can be repurposed as ground-floor exhibition stands. For large-scale activations, Tortona Up can be combined with Casa T and Officina 14 to grant exclusive access to the entire second courtyard. With resin flooring and integrated display structures, it is a sophisticated, “ready-to-use” stage for flagship showrooms during Milan Fashion Week and the Fuorisalone.
