Showroom 14 – Antica fabbrica 14

Showroom 14 is a 140 sqm location situated within the courtyard of Antica Fabbrica 14 on Via Tortona, 14—one of the most well-kept and elegant courtyards in the area.

The space consists of a total white room with a resin floor. It is extremely bright, thanks to the natural light streaming through its large windows. It features double exposure and two entrances, convenient for creating a flow path during exhibitions.

Showroom 14 is equipped with two restrooms, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a habitable mezzanine suitable for occupancy, including a small storage area.

There is also a parking space directly in front of the location, which can be utilized for outdoor setups or catering support.

Ideal for events, showrooms, and exhibitions related to Milan Fashion Week or Milan Design Week, as the courtyard hosts showrooms and temporary pop-ups that, along with the courtyard’s charm, attract thousands of visitors during these events.

During the last edition of Tortona Design Week, the courtyard saw approximately 80,000 visitors throughout the week.

The complex offers a concierge service.
