B14 + PH14 – Antica Fabbrica 14

B14 + Ph14 is a location of approximately 325 m2. composed of two bright spaces, located on the first floor of the Antica Fabbrica 14 complex in via Tortona.

The dimensions of space B14 are 150 m2. while the Ph 14 is 132 m2. + 18 m2. of terrace. The rooms are connected thanks to a large sliding door. The Ph14 space has access to the ground floor with a small atrium that leads directly to the upper floor.

B14 + Ph14 has a double entrance, via stairs, a warehouse area, high-speed wifi, double toilets and parking spaces.

The courtyard of Antica Fabbrica 14 is one of the most beautiful in the district. Possibility of loading/unloading within the complex which also has a concierge service.

Electrical power is 22 kW for the B14 and 11 kW for the Ph14 space.

Two elegant terraces complete the solution, ideal for any type of event whether linked to the Milan Fashion Week or the Milan Design Week (an event which sees around ten thousand visitors entering the complex daily).

The courtyard of the Antica Fabbrica 14, in the last edition of the Tortona Design Week, saw an influx of around 80,000 visitors during the event.
