B14 – Antica Fabbrica 14

B14 is an open space venue of 150 square meters located on the first floor of the Antica Fabbrica 14 complex. The space is accessible via stairs and features a spacious usable terrace.

The double exposure allows for the use of natural light thanks to the large windows. It is equipped with excellent lighting, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and restroom facilities.

B14 follows the length of the two courtyards of Antica Fabbrica 14 with large windows that are surrounded by ivy during the flowering season. There is also a room/warehouse within the location.

Ideal for showrooms, conferences, screenings, product presentations, temporary shops, and activities related to Milan Fashion Week and Milan Design Week.

The location has a power capacity of 22 kW and also features industrial sockets of 16 and 32 amps.

A sliding door at the back of the location allows, if necessary, to combine B14 with the adjacent Ph14 location, resulting in an area of approximately 325 square meters.

There is the possibility of parking and loading/unloading within the courtyard. The complex has concierge service from Monday to Friday.

The location is available for Tortona Design Week.
